e4YOU ("education for you", from the English "education for you"), is a project of BISITE Research Group, General Foundation of the University of Salamanca and University of Salamanca, IoT Digital Innovation Hub, partners and collaborators, created with the aim of offering an education platform open to everyone, where research on the application of disruptive technologies such as Blockchain, in combination with others such as Artificial Intelligence, can be tested, promoted and developed, providing solutions to the major challenges of education today and in the future. A project promoted to facilitate educational processes through technology, particularly those related to personalization, "customization", or dedicated or specific attention to the training needs of each person, perhaps the greatest challenge for the education of the future.
At e4you.org, we believe that new emerging technologies, supported by established instructional models, will help people achieve success in their educational relationships. From the process of selecting their training, through the development of each training activity (personalized automated motivation, "one-to-one" adaptation of learning times and paces, detection of specific cognitive gaps, adaptive continuous assessment, etc.), to the construction of a lifelong learning curriculum pathway, effectively and efficiently.
The e4you.org project embraces the movement to provide quality education within everyone's reach, without geographical or economic barriers, in response to a specific training need, whether global or specific, of a broad community of people, as a dedicated training solution that is agile, quick and easy to implement. A suitable structure for training people, whether understood as students, employees or citizens of the world. For example, training the population of a country in the basic fundamentals of cybersecurity.

- e4YOU was created and is offered to everyone because we believe that “setting an example is not the main means of influencing others; it is the only means” (Albert Einstein).
- Knowledge is universal: “… it belongs or extends to the whole world, to all countries, to all times” (RAE). The University, by its very conception, should be as well.
- The future of education is ubiquitous, not confined within walls. Our students are citizens of the world. Without barriers. Let us educate by example.
